Castlery collaborates with multiple delivery partners across Australia to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. You may enter your postcode into any product in our listings to check on our latest delivery availability status. If we currently do not deliver to your location yet, we recommend signing up for our newsletter and/or following us on social media for the latest updates.

Basic shipping fees apply to all items by default, including dining table sets, and are capped based on item type and delivery location. Free shipping may be available during special sales events on selected products, and to specific locations.

Estimated delivery times for your order will vary depending on the product being shipped, product availability status, and your proximity to metropolitan areas. All products will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and further information will be provided by our delivery partners once your order status is confirmed. Castlery reserves the right to reschedule deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances and does not guarantee specific delivery times.

For our End-Of-Year seasonal sales and After-Christmas Sales, Castlery upholds its commitment to quality with robust warranties.

Enjoy 5 years on sofas and bed frames, 2 years on dining sets, office furniture, and various components, plus 1-2 years on accessories like lighting and rugs. Mattresses are covered for 10 years, excluding fabric and subjective comfort issues.

During Christmas and Boxing Day sales, you can still cancel your order and receive a full refund if the item is not a Clearance item and has not left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service quickly, as our processing times are faster during sales.
