Start by selecting a soothing color palette for your bedroom that create a clean and open space. “Shades like white, beige, cream, and soft grays provide a clean and timeless backdrop. They create an airy and open feel, making the room appear more spacious and uncluttered,” says Adrika.

“Don’t forget that symmetry and balance are crucial in mindful arrangement too,” Adrika mentions. “If you have a large piece of furniture on one side of the room, balance it with another large item or group of smaller items on the opposite side to create a clean and orderly look.”
