This dresser arrived damaged with the what were supposed to be soft-close drawers not functioning at all. I had to forcefully press them in using pressure to get them to open and close. Aside from that, I have never had a piece of furniture produce such a strong chemical/formaldehyde off-gas after opening from box. Very strange to spend $1,500 & have to open it from the box myself. I would not have gone to write this had the company just allowed me to refund it &remove it from my home promptly.

Slight flaw
The piece generally looks as pictured and made from solid materials. However, after having in my space for a week, I'm noticing that one of the bottom drawers is uneven with the others (by about 0.5'') and was not installed parallel to the others (one side is 0.25'' higher than the other)
