Smell bad

Rug looks okay. I haven’t been able to use it because of the strong smell it has and it doesn’t very soft. I am trying to figure out if I should wash them or not. Customer service told me to use a carpet deodorizer but nothing else.

Very happy with this couch! The quality is excellent, and it’s super comfortable. I only had to purchase the legs separately on Amazon, but it was totally worth it for the price. Highly recommend!
